Should You Date Someone You Work With? [VIDEO]

Nance Schick · Nov 2, 2020 ·

In this video, Nance gives some #practicaltips about dating in the workplace. Three things to consider:

  1. Assume that when you are at work or in someone else’s workplace, the intent is to work
  2. Your employer might have a policy restricting #datingcoworkers and almost certainly has one against you dating someone you supervise
  3. The risks must outweigh the rewards and if you’re not one to go above and beyond what is required at work or in #relationships, your risk of #conflict is great
